The Six Word Phrase That Describes Millennials & Gen Z

This metaphor precisely describes the generations who believe that symbolic acts and empty gestures are meaningful responses to the world.

KIDS PLAYING VIDEO GAMES WITHOUT QUARTERS

You’ve seen it. Toddlers banging away at an arcade game, jackin' the joysticks to beat the band, acting as though their frenzied button pushing is having some grand effect on the outcomes on the the screen they stare raptly at. This is how people under 35 react to the world. They lash out with busybody activity, but their methods are empty of any meaningful game play. They are going through the motions. Often loudly and excitedly, but it’s all cause and no effect. Soon the world shall be inherited by these performance people and the devolution to an idiocracy will be complete. On a bright note there will be no more participation trophies, chiefly because nobody will have the skills to make trophies. Instead they will be replaced with back patting memes, which will keep their hands free for jerking off to animated porn. Or for giving hand signals of national pride and obedience for the fascism they are rebranding as democratic socialism.

This dirty gen x decentralist commie weeps for the authoritarian emptiness the youth have become.

“I agree that nonsense makes perfect sense and that I am the Dungherder. I can put my foot right in the pile and get my slice-o-the pie.”
